Steve Pinado
Chief Executive Officer
Steve Pinado is the Chief Executive Officer of NMI. He is a seasoned fintech and SaaS executive with nearly three decades of demonstrated leadership success as an operator and investor across growth-stage and mature organizations. Most recently, Steve was a Partner at Radian Capital, a growth equity fund, where he led the operating team. He served as President of Billtrust through a period of rapid growth, its successful IPO and subsequent go-private sale, and was Group CEO at Jonas Software, an operating division of publicly held Constellation Software. Previously, he held leadership positions at Advanta, NextCard, and Electronic Data systems after beginning his career in investment banking at Salomon Brothers. Steve earned his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and also holds a BA from Morehouse College. He and his wife live in Bucks County, PA, and are the proud parents of three adult children and one grandchild. Steve is an avid skier and hiker, active lacrosse player, and enjoys exploring the world through travel and cuisine.
Scott Hart
Chief Financial Officer
Scott is the Chief Financial Officer at NMI where he brings a successful track record as a financial operator in tech-enabled growth companies. He brings more than two decades of experience and is passionate about technology and building & scaling businesses. He served as CFO at Venn LocalZone, as well as Head of Finance at Kaseya, along with senior financial leadership roles at numerous startups and private equity-backed companies across IT services, cloud hosting, and telecommunications. Scott earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and is a CFA Charterholder. He lives in New York City with his wife, two kids and two dogs.
Peter Galvin
Chief Marketing Officer
Peter is Chief Marketing Officer at NMI and is a 20-year veteran of global technology organizations specializing in promoting innovative enterprise and Cloud-based software companies to leadership positions. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Entrust and Proofpoint, as well as Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer for nCipher (formerly Thales e-Security). Peter has also served in senior marketing leadership roles at leading technology companies including Openwave, Inktomi (acquired by Yahoo) and Oracle. He’s passionate about skiing and travel, and enjoys cooking and spending time with his family.
Robert Hoblit
Chief Revenue Officer
Rob is the Chief Revenue Officer of NMI and has worked with software and technology companies for over 20 years. He previously served as the CRO of DigiCert, where he transformed the global sales team fed by multiple acquisitions and accelerated growth in the PKI/SSL space. Rob also held senior leadership positions in both sales and product management at Symantec Website Security (acquired by DigiCert). He also served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he worked with technology and private equity clients on Go To Market and M&A initiatives. Rob is a fan of his native Minnesota sports teams and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Kate Hampton
Chief Strategy Officer
Kate Hampton is the Chief Strategy Officer at NMI. She brings 15 years of extensive experience in the payments industry. She previously served as the SVP of Product – Payments at Entrata where she implemented the pay-fac model, expanded the payments function, and grew it into one of the highest revenue-generating products for the company. She also held management positions in Corporate Finance at Global Payments, Accelerated Payment Technologies, and CAM Commerce. Kate enjoys reading, running, as well as creating and visiting gardens.
Tiffany Johnson
Chief Product Officer
Tiffany is Chief Product Officer at NMI, with nearly two decades of experience in payments and fintech. She is an award-winning product leader recognized for delivering transformative solutions that redefine how businesses accept and manage payments. She previously served as SVP of Product for Green Dot and Head of Product for North America at UK-based Railsr (formerly Railsbank), leading new product development including banking, payments, debit and credit as-a-service offerings. She has a passion for financial literacy, inclusion and innovation, and her leadership has been widely recognized across the industry. Tiffany was honored as one of American Banker’s Most Influential Women in Payments (2022) and Most Influential Women in Fintech (2024), named to the ETA Forty Under 40 list, and received the Products That Count CPO Award in 2025. Tiffany, her husband, and their three kids live in Phoenix and love traveling, skiing and exploring the great outdoors.
Phillip Goericke
Chief Technology Officer
Phillip is CTO of Engineering at NMI and brings more than 15 years of experience working in software development. He previously served as VP of Product Engineering at Alkami Technology where he scaled up and managed delivery teams of 160 software and quality engineers. Phillip enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and spending time outdoors.
Dave Glaser
Chief Operating Officer
Dave Glaser is NMI’s Chief Operating Officer, joining the company following NMI’s acquisition of Dwolla, where he served as CEO. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across payments, fintech and global commerce, with a track record of scaling businesses, modernizing platforms and driving operational performance. At Dwolla, Dave led an operational turnaround that helped the company reach Rule of 40 profitability, deliver more than 30 percent annual growth and build toward $100 billion in annual transaction volume. He previously held senior leadership roles at Mastercard, Worldpay and CyberSource, where his work included global acceptance initiatives, Worldpay’s IPO and $10.4 billion merger with Vantiv, and CyberSource’s $2 billion acquisition by Visa. Outside of work, Dave is a former Ironman triathlete and avid golfer who enjoys travel and spending time with his family.
